GAY CLOWNING WORKSHOP
Introductory Weekend in London

Saturday 1 to Sunday 2 November 2008

see all course dates

Back by demand, another opportunity to join a group of like minded gay men and their friends to find the ‘ Fool Within.’

Through play, improvisational theatre games, and taking ourselves less seriously we shall explore the topsy-turvy world of the clown where vulnerability is a virtue and mistakes are there to be celebrated.

Head in the clouds, feet on the ground: this workshop will let your imagination soar whilst being fully grounded in the here and now. Our approach to clowning is not a technique (tricks, gags or routines) but a personal journey towards finding one’s own unique way of being a clown.

Facilitated by Carol Thompson and Paul MacDonald
